This is extented version of exurb1a's ‘A Guide to Worrying'.
It helped me a lot during my darker days. It also helped my friends during thier darker times and even prevented one from suicde.
I always wanted to give you an extented version of it with some additional ideas from mine to you guys, I know many of you may not understand if i just posted or shared it in english so here is the sinhala extended, modified version of ‘A Guide to Worrying' by exurb1a. Hope this will help thousands of you during your dark days too. Good luck and stay strong guys and gals.

මේක exurb1a ගෙ A Guide to Worrying වීඩ්යෝ එකේ extended, මගේ අදහසුත් ඇතුල් කරපු වීඩියෝ එකක්. A Guide to Worrying කියන්නෙ මට මගේ අඳුරු දවස් වල මට උදව් උන මාරම වීඩියෝ එකක්, මට විතරක් නෙමේ මම මේක දුන්න යාලුවන්ටත් ගොඩක් වෙලාවට එයාල බින්දුවටම මානසිකව වැටුන වෙලාවක උදව් උන වීඩියෝ එකක්, එක යාලුවෙක් සියදිවිහානි කරගනන් එකෙන් පවා නැවත්තුවෙ exurb1a.
ගොඩ කාලෙක ඉඳන් මට මේක ඔයාලට දෙන්න ඕනි උනා, ඒත් ඒක මම ඒ ඉන්ග්ලිශ් වර්ශන් එකම ශෙයා කලා නම් ඔයාල ගොඩ දෙනෙක්ට ඒක නොතෙරෙනව බව දන්නවා, ඊයෙ මම ඒකෙ ස්ක්‍රිප්ට් එක ලියල රෙකෝඩ් කලා. මට මේක උදව් උනා වගෙ ඔයාලත් කාට හරි මොනයම්ම හරි ප්‍රශ්නෙක ඉන්නවා නම්, අලුත් දෙයක් කරන්න බයේ ඉන්නවා නම් මෝටිවේට් වෙන්න, හිතහදාගන්න උදව් වෙයි කියල මම විශ්වාස කරනවා. ජයවෙවා !
